  • AI-powered chatbots and lead qualification systems

All projects are delivered under written agreements that define scope, deliverables, and payment terms.
These Terms apply broadly to your use of our website and any non-contracted interactions with SCAIL.


3. No Client Relationship by Default

Use of this website or submission of a contact form does not establish a client relationship.
A client relationship exists only after both parties execute a formal agreement or proposal approved by SCAIL.


4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, code, workflows, and designs — is owned by SCAIL, LLC unless otherwise indicated.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written permission.
All automation frameworks, prompts, or AI configurations developed for internal use remain the exclusive property of SCAIL unless explicitly transferred by contract.


5. Use of AI and Automation Tools

SCAIL uses third-party platforms such as n8n, Retell AI, OpenAI, and Supabase to deliver automations.
By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that:

  • These tools are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

  • SCAIL configures and deploys these systems responsibly and in accordance with client agreements.

  • You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of any integrated third-party systems used in your project.


6. Accuracy and Limitations of Liability

While we strive for precision and reliability, SCAIL’s AI solutions depend on third-party APIs and client-provided data.
Therefore:

  • We make no absolute guarantees of uptime, performance, or accuracy.

  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project or service under dispute.

  • SCAIL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our solutions.


7. Payments and Fees

All projects require a deposit before work begins, with the remainder due as stated in the individual agreement.
Invoices are payable directly to SCAIL, LLC.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the project agreement.


8. Confidentiality

SCAIL respects client confidentiality.
Any information shared with us in the course of a project will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering contracted services.
Clients agree not to disclose SCAIL’s proprietary workflows, prompts, or methods.


9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use SCAIL’s website or services to transmit malicious or illegal content.

  • Attempt to access or modify our systems without authorization.

  • Represent SCAIL or its services without explicit permission.

  • Deploy automations or AI agents for deceptive, unethical, or unlawful purposes.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.


10. Warranties and Disclaimers

SCAIL provides all services “as-is” and “as available.”
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
No statement by SCAIL personnel or representatives shall create any warranty not expressly stated here.


11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SCAIL, LLC, its Founder, and contractors from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of:

  • Your misuse of our website or services;

  • Your breach of these Terms; or

  • Any violation of applicable law resulting from your use of our solutions.


12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user’s access to our website or services, at our discretion, without notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated.
